Welcome to Cosmetics Club. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website, purchase our products, book an experience, workshop, programme or event, or otherwise interact with Cosmetics Club.
1.About Cosmetics Club
Cosmetics Club is operated by COSMETICS CLUB (PTY) LTD.
Our website allows customers to purchase DIY cosmetic-making kits and related products and to enquire about or book workshops, experiences, parties and programmes.
2.Orders and purchases
By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
An order is subject to payment being successfully received or, where EFT is selected, payment being confirmed.
We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, including a payment, stock or delivery issue.
3.Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
4.Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including PayFast, Yoco and EFT/bank deposit.
For EFT payments, your order will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
5.Product information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, kit contents and other information are accurate.
Images are for illustration and presentation purposes and minor differences in appearance may occur.
We do not make medical or therapeutic claims about our products unless expressly stated.
6.DIY products
Cosmetics Club DIY kits are intended to be used according to the instructions supplied with the kit.
Customers are responsible for following the instructions, safety information and ingredient information supplied with each kit.
Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult where required by the product instructions or activity.
7.Workshops, parties and experiences
Bookings are subject to availability and the applicable Booking, Cancellation & Workshop Policy.
By making a booking, you agree to provide any information reasonably required for us to safely and properly deliver the experience.
8.Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use the website for unlawful purposes.
9.Intellectual property
The Cosmetics Club name, branding, logos, photographs, written content, graphics and other original website content belong to or are used by Cosmetics Club with permission.
They may not be reproduced, copied or commercially used without permission.
10.Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any right a consumer has under applicable South African law.
Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the applicable law will prevail.
11.Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website will show the applicable effective date.
